Life certificate

If you are receiving pension from us and live outside Sweden, you need to submit an annual Life Certificate. The Life certificate is a way for you who live abroad to certify to us that you are still alive.

If we have your email address we will send out information about the Life certificate during March. If we have not received your Life certificate, we will also send you a letter in May.

How to certify that you're alive

If you have a Swedish electronic ID, you can certify that you are alive by logging in to Mina sidor and send a message to us. In the message you need to provide your tax identification number and country code. If you have changed your address please let us know your new address as well.

Log in to Mina sidor

If you do not have a Swedish electronic ID, you need to fill in the Life certificate and a authorized authority or institution needs to stamp and sign the certificate. In the Life certificate you can see which authorities and institution that are authorized.

When we need your Life certificate

For 2024 we need to have your Life certificate by September 15 at the latest in order for you to continue to receive your payments.
